The defalt pop-up profile has preflop tab with positional stats (e.g. open raise UTG, 3bet OTB etc).

Is there any way to incorporate these into a custom made HUD profile?

Yes - see the tutorial Statistic Properties.

Thanks very much Mr Whiterider.
