PT3: Support for non-mainstream networks

When PT3 is officially released, will it support all the minor networks other than PokerStars, FTP & Party?
And by minor networks I mean such as Cake, Ongame & IPN/Boss Media.

If not, then how long will it take for those sites to become supported?
I'm currently pondering between waiting for PT3 or purchasing PT2.

Suggestions?

All sites PT2 supports will be supported, and probably more.
If you purchase PT2 now you will get the cost offset if you upgrade to PT3. (Don't quote me on it being the full amount, though I understand it will be, but it will be most of it at least)
