Open up the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Schemas\schema.postgres.sql file in Notepad and scroll to the very bottom. It should have an "INSERT INTO" statement for the setting value "dbversion". What is the value it has?

Very last line says:
INSERT INTO settings VALUES ('dbversion', '300022');

Please reproduce this, then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Please reference this thread.

It does it automatically. The file is C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log
