Would you like some logs with the problem in action? If so I can create a ticket

They can't hurt - if you could also get a screenshot or two of a messed up hand that would help.

When Windows 8 is finalized, we will add support for it. But given that it is still in a pre-release stage and things can change, we are focusing our efforts elsewhere so as not to end up wasting any of our time.

Any idea on the eta of the fix for the positioning of the stats? Just downloaded the trial version 3.13.4 beta and read through this topic but it seems as though there is no fix yet? Everything else is working splendid so if this issue gets resolved I will be foresaking HM and buying PT asap.

Please make certain your preferred seating is set up properly - you need to be in seat 3 in 6max and seat 5 in 9max and PokerTracker needs to be configured similarly - that should fix the positioning concerns.

Preferred seating is as you say it should be, just realized that my stars is not installed in English though, so I will try to do this first and then get back to you if it still does not work.

edit: that did the trick

Hi

Im still having problems with preferred seating. The players stats are all over the place. I play 6 max. My seat position is seat 2. Anything to help with this??

Thanks

I'd like to correct this..

Preferred seating works for any seat at Zoom tables. I've personally been testing with different preferred seats.
As long as the same seat is set in PT3 and PokerStars then preferred seating works fine.

Check the Tutorial: Preferred Seating if you have problems setting things up.

Note that we do occasionally not get information about the odd player, and having a player missing means that the positions of subsequent players can be missed. We're currently testing a fix for this for the next release.
