Hi there,I play at Mansionpoker (Ongame)
The main pokeracehud window picks up the tables i am playing at after the first 3 hands (like i have told it to.)
My tables show a few N/A stats in the top left and middle right of the table, but it doesn't show any player stats whatsoever.
I have directed my pokerroom database files to the correct Mansion HH file.

I play with mini tables. However, it is worth noting that i have tried to get the hud working on full size tables too. I have also tried to get the hud working at Pokerroom.com and with the standard full size tables but this changes nothing, so i am confident that the mini-tables have absolutely nothing to do with my problem. I have checked my PAHUD filters and they should be fine.

Do you have the hands importing correctly into PT2?
Do you have the correct PT2 database(s) selected in PAH? Options -> Preferences -> Databases -> Holdem.

I use PT3, not PT2. Yes, i have to manually import the correct hands into my PT3.
In my PAHUD (preferences ->Databases->Hold'em) There doesn't appear to be any databases in which i can highlight? However, in my PAHUD (preferences->Poker Sites->Pokerroom) I have selected the appropriate Mansionpoker Database files.

Please help!

PAHud does not and will not work with PT3.
PT3 has it's own built in HUD, but this did not support OnGame until Beta 17.
This is the first release of the OnGame HUD, so give it a go, but bear in mind that it was released a little early due to the pokerstars update, so hasn't been fully tested.

Ok, well that sucks that PAHUD isn't compatible with PT3. So how do i go about using the PT3 built in hud for Ongame at Mansionpoker.com.
I want to give it a go.

PAHud isn't needed for PT3, since it has it's own more powerful HUD built in.
PAH would not allow you to use all the new stats etc available in PT3.

Once you have Beta 17 importing hands for OnGame, the HUD should appear.
Please bear in mind this is the first version with the OnGame HUD and it had to be rushed out due to the pokerstars update, so there may be some issues with it.

Hey, WhiteRider, i think i am doing something wrong or missing something. I probably just need a detailed explanation (for retards).
I downloaded the Beta 17 for PT3. I think I am importing hands correctly but the built in HUD doesn't seem to appear. I would really love to see stats, so have you got any back up ideas for me?

I'm going to move this into the PT3 section..

I don't play at OnGame myself, so haven't actually tried this.
Make sure Mansion is installed in English.
When you are auto importing, does the import window report that hands are importing? Or do you see any errors?

If you still can't get it to work, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
