Tournament database blank

Every screen is blank on the Texas Holdem TOURNAMENT database, (Cash games is fine)
ive clearly clicked something i shouldnt have, was working too start with
Auto import is running fine, and AFQ/VP etc are working when playing but nothing is being stored,
in General/Details/Hands/Tournaments etc etc,
On the find player column on left I click my player it says populating then nothing appears

Please help

Did you click the Refresh button at the top right? You need to refresh PT3 before it knows there is new data to acquire.

Change of tac, how do you reset software to default, stats will be lost but hey ho

Did you also try clicking Clear? If you had a filter, that could be causing the situation you are describing.

Are you still using the trial? In a registered version of PT3 you could always create a new database, if you're still in the trial, clearing it out is a bit more involved.

Kraada you are the man, ive gone into every option there is and im sure ive pressed clear before and nothing happened but i dont care because this time it worked,

I'm expiriencing the same problem, but pressing the clear button doesn't work for me. I see the five imported tourneys when I click "Enter Holdem Results". I'm using the trial of PT3.

Is it possible you don't have yourself chosen as a player from the player list at the left hand side?

No ;-) The player list was empty. But I just played a tourney and the stats came back magically. Problem solved.
