HUD issue with multi-windows

Postby Largo52 » Tue Aug 16, 2011 4:44 pm

Hi,
I was playing on 2 tables on winamax (a tournament and a SNG).
At the same time I was using firefox as well. And I was switching between windows (Alt+TAB).
At a moment, the HUD informations began to stay in front of ALL windows, even when firefox was in front.

The only way I founded to avoid that, was to reduce each winamax windows to "access" to the firefox window. Then to switch to winamax window, to reduce it again to access to firefow or to the second winamax window...
A little boring !

Thank you in advance for your help.

PS : I have windows 7 + PT3 3.11.3 beta (registered).

If you disable the "Always On Top" in the OnGame Preferences tab that should end that behavior.

I'm not using OnGame software, but Winamax (it's an other poker room).

Anyway I try to unchecked a similar option in winamax player, called "enable table popup".
But It doesn't change anything.

It seems that the problem occurs when the winamax player try to have the focus (when it's my turn to play) ; but not always !!
At this time the only solution is to stop / restart the PT3 HUD !

Thank you anyway.

There is a known issue where this can be triggered in certain circumstances but we haven't found a workaround yet. Please create a Support ticket about the issue and I'll link you into our system so that you get a notification when the fix is released.

There is an open bug for this issue in our system and we will get it fixed. Unfortunately I am not aware of any workarounds at this time.
