HUd issue on winamax.fr

Good evening,

Since i have set up the new version v3 on PT3, i have no probleme on pokerstars.fr but unfortunately on winamax.fr i have only two players with HUD on Shorthanded tables (and 4 in FR tables).

Si i have tried to housekeeping and i have the following messsage:
" there were errors during the housekeeping process:
"unable to executetquery: VACUUM; reason: fatal erreor 'error: invalid page header in block 31175of relation "holdem_hand_player_statistics")
unable to execute query: select distinct id_player from holdem_hand_player-statistics; reason; fatal erreor (invalid page header in block 31175 of relation "holdem_hand_player_statistics")

There are two main reasons for this error. The first is a result of data corruption from a computer crash that requires reindexing your database. You can reindex your database from the Housekeeping menu.

The second reason for this error is a result of faulty hardware. You can set PostgreSQL to ignore these errors by clicking Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Configuration Files --> Edit postgresql.conf. In the configuration file that appears, go to the bottom of the file and add the text "zero_damaged_pages = on" on a new line and then save and close the file. Click Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Reload Configuration and PostgreSQL will ignore the damaged data. If you continue to have problems with that hard drive, you should consider replacing it.

I have tried your two answers:
- i can not reindex my database
- At ther end of my postrsql, i have added "#zero_damaged_pages=on" and reload configuration bt the same issue remains:

Is it an other way to fix it?
Why i do not understand it is why i have no HUDs problem on pokerstars.fr whereas winamax.fr yes?
I have no probleme with import bue only dixplay HUD on players.

You do not want a # in front of zero_damaged_pages - putting a # will cause that line not to be read.

Remove the #, save the file, restart the server, and it should start working properly for you.

I have put your message without # however it does not work.
Sorry, but i have the same message, after about 1 minutes.
Have you got an other idea?

I have no HUD problem with CG, or SNG on winamax.fr just in MTT or 4 players only have HUD in FR table

In fact after restart my computer the rebuiding cache is working.
I inform yo when it will be finished

With your message, i can now housekeeping (vacuum,analyse), update cache, and in advanced options (cluster, rebuild cache and reindex) but i have still the same issue.
On winamax.fr, the HUD in MTT is not dispayed for a lot of players...
Is there an other solution?

What version of PT3 are you currently using?

Hello, I don't know if this would help but on WINAMAX.fr, I play on SH NL5 and since a short time HUD displayed only stats for 3 players only including me. I have tried several things without success. The only thing that solved this issue was to create a new HUD stat configuration and deactivated the default stats. Now, it works fine with my personalised stats but I don't know why it still doesn't work with the default stats.
Note that I don't have tried on other table configuration (FR) only SH.

We haven't established why yet, but the stored positions see to be lost for Winamax in some situation. If you duplicate the profile, or create a new one, it should reset the positions to the defaults and you should then see stats for all players again.
