Always losing when playing cash games @ stars

As soon as the hand is over and rake is taken, all players in the lose their money.

If the pot was 2,40 $, the three players in the pot lose 0,80 $ according to PT3.
Latest upgrade is downloaded.

Stars made a new adjustement on their rake on cash tables. Maybe there is something wrong there?

I'm also getting this, it started happening since their latest server restart. Every pot i win shows me as actually losing it in PT3

Edit: It looks like its only happening to showdown pots, when i win without showdown it does it correctly

Same problem here. Yesterday everything was working fine, today it isnt.

Just had a look in the hand history file and here is a sample with names edited:

Board [Ks 3c 4d 6s Ts]
Seat 1: Player 1 folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 2: Player 2 folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 3:Player 3 (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 4: Player 4 (small blind) showed [2c Tc] and lost with a pair of Tens
Seat 5: Player 5 (big blind) mucked [4h 7d]

That is directly from the stars hand history, so must be a problem their side? Player 4 won the pot

All pots that go to showdown are split in the hand history detail and both players lose their money

Convinced I had won the hand I went to replayer in PT. It appears that it does not award pot after showdown.

We have tested and can confirm that this is an error with the PokerStars software and the hand histories that they write.

We are going to do everything we can to make them aware of this issue so that it gets fixed as soon as possible.
