HUD issues on Carbon trny, and importing trny data

So I'm having two issues with using PT3 for Carbon tournies.

1. The hud wont' show up despite importing the hands correctly (I could go and view specific hands I just played in PT3 to replay hands). How do I get the HUD to show up? It shows up on my Carbon cash games so I don't know what the problem is. I have the HUD set to show up after 25 hands but on my cash tables the HUD will show up without data on it and the white icon at the top of the table always showed up. On the tourney tables, none of this showed up and the HUD never came up no matter how far past 25 hands I got on a particular table.

2. Carbon didn't mail me any tournament summary. How do I get the correct info into PT3 regarding BI, amount won, and this type of info?

I read the PT3 HUD FAQ and everything on that page checked out. However when I clicked on the links to the Basic Guide and Advanced Guides for the HUD, the page that came up was "page not found" and it still had the PT3 logo on this page so it wasn't as if my browser couldn't load the page right.

That was our fault - those links weren't updated when the documentation page was updated a while back.

I've now corrected the links and they should work properly for you - thanks for reporting it!

I have the same problem on Carbon poker tournaments. Some will show up on HUD, while others will not. The HUD for carbon poker have lots of issue. HUD for cash game however works properly, proper stats for preferred seat and such.

i have the exact same issue... except the FO tourneys seem to working fine while the rebuy tourneys are the ones that the HUDs arent showing up on... the hands and everything seem to imported fine but no HUD

Please follow the quoted text in WhiteRider's post as that applies to you as well (though our latest version is 3.11.11 now).
