Hint info appear behind the HUD info and are unreadable

Flying over the stats from HUD with the mouse, one can obtain detailed information in the form of bubbles (hint).

Unfortunately, the HUD stay in the foreground, and hides the details of these bubbles.

What can we do?

That's not the normal behavior of the tooltips - what site are you playing at and what version of PT3 are you currently using?

This problem still occurs, randomly...

So, I use transparency on HUD to help reading tooltips in background... It's not the top, not so easy, but it helps. Hope a solution exists.

Note that the HUD is at foreground and corrupts the tooltips reading, but moreover, it is at the foreground from all applications and windows, like IE or Outlook... The HUD stays in foreground of any elements...

That can happen for Winamax tables – is that the table that you're seeing it for?
We don't yet know what it is about the Winamax software that causes this problem, but we have the issue in our system.

Do you think that Air technology used by their software could be the origin of the problem ?

Have you contacted Winamax?

Do you know that Winamax propose HM2 in their store, buyable with points (as for free). Is it not unfortunate to lose so much buyers, just for a little bug?

Do you know that a lot of players in France don't purchase PT3 just for this problem? They talk about that (more than 10 topics) on the first French poker community: ClubPoker.net

Unfortunately, most of french players play on Winamax: 1st french room (see pokerskout), top 10 worlwide, 2000 gross average CG players/day). Because of this bug, French players choose HM2. I think it could be a good idea to put this issue as a priority.

Moreover, before purchase, I've asked your support about Winamax compatibility. They answer there is no problem, full compatibility. So, I 've bought it! It is not completely honnest...

We do support Winamax - the hands import and the HUD displays. There is a bug with the way one aspect of the HUD displays but everything else works fine. This is something we would like to fix, unfortunately I do not know when we will be able to do so.
