I play 100/200 play money at PokerStars. (PT3 3.13.2, Windows Vista).
I use the hud option 'Stats From Current Cash Limit Only'.
The PT sign appears but no other hud elements.
When I turn off 'Stats From Current Cash Limit Only' the complete hud is displayed.

This is only an issue with Play Money. If you play on real cash tables you will not have this problem.

We do not plan to fix that issue for PT3 - that issue is fixed in PT4 (which has better Play Money support in general), and PT4 is available as a free beta right now here.
