HUD (Zoom) crashes constantly

Hi

I am playing PS Zoom using PT 3.13.2 on WinVista.

Up until today HUD crashed every now and then, today every 5-20 hands. PT stays up and keeps importing but I get a windows error and no more HUD. Have to restart PT3, play 20 hands, rinse repeat.

I housekeeped my tiny database (started with Zoom), makes no difference.

I did not get any response to my ticket 120024 for several days, so I was hoping by posting here I could get some help.

Is it normal to have the HUD crash every now and then?

We are working to get any crashes fixed as soon as possible - I apologize for your lack of a response in your ticket. Are you seeing the crash reporter after these crashes?

I see a windows error, the HUD disappears but PT keeps importing. So if the crash reporter is a PT popup I don´t see that.

Please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and attach your PokerTracker.log file to your ticket - you can find instructions on how to do that here. That will help us considerably in figuring out what is going wrong here. This is the first report of crashes as a result of the Zoom HUD that we have gotten.

I have also 2 unrelated issues.

1) Occasionally the HUD data of an otherwise functioning HUD is rotated one or two spots. I have seen this rather frequently but only when data of one player is missing (probably because it is his first hand)

2) How can I get PT4?
