F3B PRE/4B PRE/Call 3B Pre stats

Shouldn't the sum of F3B PRE + 4B PRE + CALL 3B Pre = 100%?
Now in PT4 it is more than 100%.

No, they will not. Each stat is out of the opportunities you had to make it and the opportunities to 4bet are not the same as those to call or fold to a 3bet - you can face a 3bet all-in which you can call or fold to, but not raise.

I also just want to mention that 4Bet Preflop is the stat that counts exactly 4bets, not 4Bet+ Preflop - the latter includes 5bets and higher. That doesn't particularly matter for your addition issue, but I just thought you might want to know that :)
