HELP Hud will not show all hands stats only session or table

Ok I have spent the last 5 hours trying to configure poker tracker 3. And no matter what I do I cant get my hud to display stats/number of hands played against someone all time. It resets all stats and only shows stats for the person at that particular table. So if i played for 3 hours against someone on table 1 I see like 250 hands and certain stats on them, but if start playing against the same person on a new table the stats including my own personal ones reset.

I initially encountered this bug with the standard poker tracker 3 so I tried updating to the beta version 3.13.4 got the same issue. I tried rebuilding the cache still had the same issue. I tried default hud and my personal hud set up still had the same issue. I went to filter options and unchecked all of them even the tool tip for session one.

I had the hands shown at 0 initially and had the problem. I tried changing it to 1000, 2000, 10000, it didnt matter same problem.

So can someone please tell me how the hell I can get my hud to show me all stats for all hands ever played against another player including my own stats no matter if i leave the table or end the session?

I guess I should mention that I am playing on the winning poker network at americas card room idk if that makes a difference.

Your own stats are shown for the current table session - this is deliberate, and shows your current table image. Your opponents do not have your lifetime stats so seeing them at the table doesn't help you.

Opponent stats should be lifetime, although there are some filters in the HUD Options which can limit the hands shown.

If you have these options cleared and you're still not seeing lifetime stats for opponents that you know you have more hands on please enable logging and restart PT3 and reproduce the problem at a single table (if you can find an opponent you know you have hands on at one table).
Attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of the table and detail of which player(s) you have more hands on, and how many hands you have on them.
