pokertracker freezes

I am a new user of Pokertracker 3.
When i am trying to put a note in a player in a live session the program is freezes.
I have to close it and open it again.

Any help why this is hapenning?

That is definitely not normal behavior. Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your start menu, reproduce this problem and report it. The log file will contain considerably more information that we can use to narrow down what might be the cause of this problem and get it fixed.

I do not have the option " Logging Enabled link on your start menu " .
I am using a trial version.

That link should be installed when you are using the trial as well. Are you on a Mac?

No , i use e regular pc with win xp pro.
But i noticed that the problem happens when i am trying to change the text language from the current language that i use that minute to another.

What language are you switching to? We did have an issue like that but it was fixed a long time ago so other languages should work in notes now.
What language do you have Windows installed in?
