Ongame hand histories lost?

Hi,

when trying to find a certain hand history I noticed that while there are dozens of subfolders (each named after the date played) in folder "processed", there is only one folder (of one date) that actually have a hand history file in it, all the otfer folders are empty. Any idea why..?

I'm not certain - is there any other program you have pointing at those directories? All we do is move the files there.

Hmmm... I actually use Holdem Manager after using PT3 - I mean that after I have imported all the hands to PT3 I do the same with HM. Could that make histories disappear? But why would one day remain..?

That could move them somewhere else yes. I'm not intimately familiar with the workings of their software so I'm not able to say why they would skip one set I'm afraid.
