All-in EV not working

Hi, I'm trying to get the All-in EV function going on for my graph and for as long as I can remember that button has been grayed out. I recently started playing on merge and diligently went through and updated my hand histories and tournament results and placing as there were some major amounts of information missing. What steps should I take to get All-in EV working? Is their a link or post somewhere on here that trouble shoots this problem?

The "All-in EV" option is only available when graphing for "Hands Played", and will be displayed if you select a different option.
