Stars tournament results not imported

Hi,

the subject kinda says it:-) When using auto import, neither the finishing positions nor money is imported. When importing manually from email everything else was ok but amount of rebuys & add-ons were not noticed. Using 3.13.4.

If you configure PokerStars to save tournament summaries, and PT3 to import from the folder they are being written to, then the results should be imported.

Strange, I had the tournamet summaries saved to disk but for some reason PT3 had not detected then automatically although auto-detect was checked.

One more thing - would You happen to have any idea how to get old tournament (2007 - 2010) results brought to PT3 other than requesting the histories from Stars and doing everything manually?

You can request a tournament history audit from PokerStars and we should import those files so long as they are in CSV format.

Problem: from the poker client I can only order the history from the beginning of 2011 and the csv file that I get works fine. Older histories I have to ask from PokerStars support and even tho they sent me the history in csv-format, PokerTrackrt gives me a message "unrecognized file format" when trying to import.

Stars support say that they could send me the whole history as a txt-file and PT3 should import that - any experience..? They also say that I should be able to save that text file in any other format I wish?

If they can send you things as a text file that is probably the easiest way. That should import properly I believe.
