Scoop Sats

Postby opTil1ty » Thu Apr 26, 2012 9:54 am

Hey Guys,

Somehow PT3 doesnt get the results of the Hyperturbo 6max SNGs on Stars. First I thought maybe there is no info for the new SCOOP Sats but it doesnt get the Sunday Million Sat results as well.

I read your tutorial, checked "Save my tournament summaries" in the PokerStars software and PT3 detects the folder for those summaries. I have checked "Auto Detect" and "Overwrite" at AutoImport -> Tournament Detection.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Beside that I would like to know where I can get the PT4 beta?

Thanks!

I'm not certain what is going wrong here but if you could send us the hand history and tournament summary for one of these tournaments via our support system, we would appreciate it.

You can download the PT4 beta here.

Thanks for your quick response. I have sent a tournament history to support. When checking the file by myself I could see there were no payouts written in the file.

Just an example how the file looks, screennames changed.

PokerStars Tournament #4140908, No Limit Hold'em
Super Satellite
Buy-In: $72.55/$1.45 USD
6 players
Total Prize Pool: $435.30 USD
Target Tournament #570020010 Buy-In: $215.00 USD
Tournament started 2012/04/26 19:28:36 CET [2012/04/26 13:28:36 ET]

1: player1,
2: player2,
3: player3, $5.30
4: player4,
5: player5,
6: player6,

You finished in 2nd place (eliminated at hand #79481156835).

Its weird cause there is no 2nd place, there are two 1st places both awarded a Sunday Million Ticket worth 215$

That is odd - I wonder whether that's an error on Stars's end. Don't worry, we'll investigate and get to the bottom of this for you.
