888 import error

hi guys!

i just imported my first 888 session and i get the error : Unable to locate player cards
hands are imported but something isnt working.

Do you have your 888 software installed in English? (It needs to be)
If you think the hands histories are OK please attach one to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

hey!
thanks, i reinstalled in english and it now imports. for some reason it only shows my omaha hands now. the hold em database is only showing 8 plrs and i cannot select my name.
so omaha, runs normal and hold em is strange....
now what? sorry that i am so bad with these things.

Did you play some new hands? The existing histories won't import if they are in a different language.
If new holdem hands aren't working please enable logging and restart PT3, and play a few hands at a single table. Attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the session so that we can investigate.
