"grid mode" - Merge

Postby masmati » Sat May 05, 2012 12:35 pm

Hi,

I've read the guide on https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT3 ... tion-guide but the screenview about changing the grid mode (which I need for the HUD) isn't right. There is no window-tab in my client... Only "display" and I changed it to single (so NOT grid) but still my tracker tells my it can't open the HUD...

Thanks for your help

If you use certain custom table skins at Merge you can get the message about Grid Mode even if you don't use it, but that shouldn't prevent the HUD working.
Try using the default table skin first, and see if that helps.

Otherwise, please check the FAQ: PT3 HUD which has solutions to common issues and a link to how to report your problem for further investigation if it doesn't help.

The HUd appeared only on 1 of the 4 tables I'm playing and it stopped updating after two hands... But in the tracker itself I was able to refresh it and so it did... So the problem really lies in the HUD...

Thank you so much.

In that case please restart PT3 and reproduce the problem then attach your log files to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot to illustrate, and the hand history files for the session, so that we can investigate.

If you have import errors please attach the hand history file for that session to a separate ticket so that we can check them out. We do see genuine errors in hand histories, which it may be possible to fix by hand, but if it is anything we need to fix in PT3 we'll be able to get that to the development team.
Note that you will need to compress the .xml hand histories before you can attach them.
