Am I correct that Float Flop = Bet Flop vs Missed Continuation Bet?

If so, this stat does not work correctly for Heads Up games. In the Positions tab it display NA for the Small Blind and a miniscule value for the Big Blind. This doesn't make sense because it is impossible for BB to "Float Flop" and it is possible for SB to "Float Flop".
