Unable to import Pokerstars hands

Hello,

First, sorry for my bad english.

My PT3 installation worked properly with Winamax, but I've recently moved to Pokerstars.fr
PS.fr is set to english, and the hands history as well. I set manually the path where HH are saved on PS, and it matches with PT3.

But I still have the message on PT3 : "Pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk"

When I start PT3 auto import, a .txt file per session is loaded, but there is no hands converted.
Import > Auto import > Pokerstars site status is "Running" and Auto is marked.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version v3.13.4 as PokerStars updated their hand histories a little while ago and older versions will not work.

As long as you have the hand history folder configured correctly you can ignore the warning message you're seeing - that just means the HH path was not detected, which currently is the case for the country-specific PokerStars sites.

Please check the FAQ: Importing to PT3 before you report your problem for further investigation.
