Heads Up 4 Player Shootouts

Hi team, looked through a lot of the support and really like it. I'm currently using the PT3 trial and am loving it! However, today I played a 4 player heads up shootout and won. I wanted to go look at the statistics on how I did but when I imported the information into PT3 it told me that I had lost the first game against my first opponent which is untrue. Is there a way to get PT3 to properly analyze these types of tournaments? Also just to add it didn't include the match i played against the my second opponent in the finals at all.

I hope this questions hasn't already been answered i looked around and couldn't find anything on it. Please let me know if you need any more information to help you guys out, I should say I'm playing on Pokerstars.
