You could try re-running the PT3 installer in case any of the PT3 files were removed, but that looks as if one or more of the files which make up your database may have been removed.
Are you able to roll-back the changes to see if that recovers your database?
You could try running Database > Housekeeping with the ReIndex option, or doing the following:
You can set PostgreSQL to ignore errors by clicking Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Configuration Files --> Edit postgresql.conf. In the configuration file that appears, go to the bottom of the file and add the text “zero_damaged_pages = on” on a new line and then save and close the file. Click Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Reload Configuration and PostgreSQL will ignore the damaged data. If you continue to have problems with that hard drive, you should consider replacing it.
However, if there is a file missing from your database then I wouldn't expect either of these to help.
In that case you may need to recover from a backup, or create a new database and re-import your hands.
