Please read the Troubleshooting section of the Tutorial: Preferred Seating which should help whether you use preferred seating or not. In particular note that for sites which don't specify the table size in the hand histories you need to enable the Adjust Qualifying Tables Limits option in Auto Import.

Are the hands being shown as "6 max" in PT3?
Did you follow the steps in the troubleshooting section to reposition the stats with preferred seating turned off?

If you think you have everything set up correctly please enable logging and restart PT3.
Play a few hands at a single table.
Take a screenshot of the table window and attach it to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the session and the PokerTracker.log so that we can see what is going on.
Be sure to tell us whether you have preferred seating turned on in your poker client, and anything else you think relevant - the more detail we have the better.
Thanks
