Hey,

I'm a newbie PT3 user and would need some help. My cache is at 36%, tried to make the housekeeping, but got the following message at the end of the process:

I've downloaded some stats, hud from the download section. Then started making my own hud, checking it continously in the replayer. But it took a lot of time after every change for the stats to be refreshed. I've also imported additional hands into the database which could also cause the problem.

So i looked into the troubleshooting section and saw that i should make some housekeeping, but the cache remained 36%. I've done everything, vacuum, analyze and update the cache. Then tried rebuild the cache and cluster. No change. Could you pls help me guys? Thx

Without seeing the full error message I can't be sure, but often when we see that kind of error it is because you have more than one column with the same name, different only by case. I forget the exact name, but often we see a pair of column names which are identical except that one ends with _bb and the other with _BB.

If you can see the end of the error message by scrolling down then check it out and look up the column name mentioned. If the above proves to be the case then delete one of the matching names and make sure the stats which use it use the version you keep.
That should let the cache build (although you may have a couple of columns like that so you may need to fix another too).

If you still have problems after that please report your problem so that we can see the full error message in your log file.

Thx for your reply. I've sent the log file with my ticket. I've tried to see the columns, but couldn't find the one in the message. And tbh don't really understand what you wrote:)

After having checked some threads I realized that i've got the same problem like others previously.

So I should delete columns which cause the problem. But couldnt figure it out how to do that. Could you pls let me know?

One thing to add. In the columns section couldnt find the mentioned one.

Click Configure --> Configure Statistics, choose the Holdem Cash Player Statistics section on the Sections tab, then switch to Columns and you should see it.

Okay, in the meantime i could figure it and removed the duplicated columns.
So, my cache is now at 100% and made all the housekeeping work successfully.
However, my initial problem is not solved. So i open up a hand in the replayer, the hud is coming out with stats for every player, but the stats in the popups are just not, it's totally empty.....

Then please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, open up one such replayer popup, then report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.
