Revolution Network/Lock Poker

Lock Poker apparently just joined Revolution Network. PT is not importing hands, so HUD is not working, and I don't see an option for configuring it to import. Is this coming?

Are you playing on Windows or Mac?

On Windows you should be able to configure this under the Cake Poker Network section until we can make the branding change to Revolution.
The Mac client for Revolution is only on Lock at the moment and is not supported at this time.

How do you "configure this under Cake Poker network section"?

Thanks -- I think I got it, but your last statement confused me a bit. I am on Mac, and I only play on Lock Poker. I think you're saying that now that Lock is on the Revolution network, it is not supported for Macs. If so, bummer.

I have the same question. After trying, I'm told "no Cake skins were detected on this computer".

I tried manually creating a new folder to save the hand histories in and selecting that folder, among other things, none of which are working.

The new Lock client on Mac is not supported at this time. If this extends to other sites on the network then we will consider adding support for it at that time.

To configure Lock on Windows follow the Cake Poker Configuration Guide.
You will need to make a note of the path which Lock is saving hand histories to and set that manually in PT3, as explained in the guide.

Thank you WhiteRider, however I'm still having difficulties. Lock Poker is apparently storing my hand histories in the following folder: C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\LockPoker\History\BlackRedWhite

So under the "Import" tab to the right, under "Cake Poker Network Configuration", I select "Add" and manually add that file. I'm given the following message: "Another site is already configured to save hand histories to this location. Each poker site should be configured to save hands to a different folder. The preferred location to save your hand history is the default poker site hand history folder or a sub-folder of 'Documents' "

When I try to manually import by selecting "Manual Import" and entering the file above, I'm told "There are no files to import".

In fact, I'm not even sure Lock is saving my hand histories, though the "Save my Hand Histories" box is and has definitely been checked. The reason I say this is because when I open my hand histories folder, it says "Date modified": 5/30/2012. That date came before the switch to Revolution, though I played 3 tourneys and some cash games on 6/1/2012. I can't find an option in Lock right now to send my hand histories via email.

I appreciate any help anyone may have, though I worry this won't be fixed any time soon.

Update

I've figured out how to get PT3 working now on Lock (Revolution). I've created a new folder under "Documents" and assigned Lock to record hand history there in the usual "options" tab. Then I configured it with the SetupWizard. It started working from there... (PC)

As far as I'm aware that should be all you need to do. Please create a support ticket for this issue and we'll have a technician work with you until everything is working properly for you.
