HUD PTR 3 Pokerstars.fr and Pokerstars.EU

Hello,

Since a couple of weeks i am playing at Pokerstars.fr also.
But I have a problem with the hud. The hud appears on the table but only tracks the first hands. (Maybe 1 to 6 hands)
The hands are also not imported in PTR 3.

May be I did something wrong. In the pokerstars software I save my hand history in the same folder. Maybe, is this wrong?
I thought it must be saved in the same folder because you must put one hand history directory in the pokerstars configuration in the pokertracker software.

You can put multiple directories in the PokerStars Configuration tab but one directory should work also. What version of PT3 are you using?

You should be able to use the Add button to add more directories without any problems in that version.

Please take a look at our PokerStars Configuration Guide which will explain how to set everything up.

Now i have a problem with the hud by six max games on pokerstars.fr.
I did what you said and by 9max de HUD is doing well but by six max i still got the same problem that the hud appears but only tracks one hand.

Are hands still importing, but the Hud isn't updating?
