HUD shows less hands per player

Hey,

I've just noticed this problem in my hud:
In my hud there is less hands per player what i really have in my database. And i don't have any filter turned on. So, for example my hud shows 3400 hands for one player and there is 5600 hands about that guy in reality.
Any idea what should i do? Thx

That can happen if you have some of the Hud options enabled - check the Tutorial: Configuring HUD Options and see if any of those apply to your setup.

I've got the default setup for the filters, so they shouldn't affect the number of hands anyhow. So something else is the reason

In that case please enable logging and restart, and next time you see a player like this take a screenshot of the table with stats and their stats in the main tracker and attach them to a Support Ticket along with the PokerTracker.log file so that we can investigate.
