hud not finding information on player

Not really sure what is going on...worked a couple days ago now all of a sudden all my hands are observed and not imported and have tried to do what other threads recomend but still nothing. Just hoping for a quick fix i guess....fingers crossed!!!

It sounds like you're playing on PokerStars so please follow the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure everything is set up correctly - we're hearing a few reports of PokerStars settings being reset (lost) after the recent PokerStars update so you may need to re-enable them.
