PokerTracker

When using PokerTracker with Microgaming (Ladbrokes) it gets the tournament, but does not update buyin or rebuys or prizes.
I have followed the instructions to the dot, but that doesn't help.

Need help!

We do the best we can with tournament information but unfortunately it is not possible for us to get everything. If you think there is more information that we could get, please feel free to send us your Gamehistory.dat file via our support system after playing one such tournament and we'll see if there's anything we can do.
