poker view hand histories

Postby thunder1276 » Thu Jun 07, 2012 12:58 pm

There are several problems with hand histories that I upload. it says that the pot amounts are wrong in some of the pots. No results showed up either. I says that I didnt place in any of the tournaments I played in yesterday, which I did. Pokerview was having a lot of trouble with the server yesterday, could that have something to do with results being incorrect. On another note, most of the hand histories saved to my computer have disappeared. When they are imported are they removed from the folder they were in, or is this a merge problem?

What site are you playing at?

PokerTracker moves the hand histories it imports into the Processed folder (by default that's C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Processed) - they aren't deleted and should be there.

I may have posted this in the wrong place. I play at Pokerview on the Merge network, and I am using Pokertracker4. I just noticed this is in PT3

You can find the default Processed directory in PT4 by clicking Configure --> Sites & Import Options on the Preferences page.

We are experiencing some problems with Merge as a result of their software update yesterday and plan to have another beta out soon to deal with the remaining issues.
