data&HUD not showing up - PS PLO8 play money ring games

I'm running PT3 (3.13.9 beta), Texas Holdem and Omaha, on a Mac (OS X 10.6.8). I'm playing on PokerStars with play money.

The problem: the data and HUD do not show up for PLO/PLO8 ring games. The import status window says that the hands are imported but when I look at the Omaha Cash Games tab (and refresh it), there are 0 players. The HUD does not appear, and (sometimes) there's a pop-up saying that PT does not have data on the players to show the HUD. I've played thousands of hands of PLO8 in play money ring tables.

I've tested with PLO8 tournaments as well as Holdem ring games and tournaments (play money for all of these). They all show up in their respective tabs, as expected. It's only PLO8 ring games that fail to show up.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Any help greatly appreciated.

It doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong - could you please submit a few of these hand histories to us via our support system so that we can look into if there is an issue with these hands themselves?

Sang - please follow the same directions: the more information we get the easier it will be to track down the cause.

I don't think it's related to the data. I think it's related to the way the HUD is displayed in front of the table windows. If i change desktop using ctrl+right/left arrow or 3 fingers swap, the HUD reappear. It disappear again as soon it's my turn to play (when the table is bring back to the front by the Poker Software). If i wait and change desktop again the hud come back.

By the way, i use PT3 for Holdem. The other guy seem to use an other product. It's why i think it's not a data problem but how the apps work with Mountain Lion (OSX 10.8)

Please read this thread - you will need to use the main desktop currently. I believe we're looking into this issue to see if we can get it working on any desktop in a future release.
