'Invalid Registration Code' Error on mac!

Hello,

I recently purchased the PT software for my Mac, however it seems that by default I've been given a PT4 registration key.

Seeing as how PT4 is not yet Mac compatible, I attempted to use said registration key on the PT3 version of the product, but am being told that my registration code is invalid.

Do I need a new code?

Please help me so I can get this up and running!

Yes, you do need a new code. Please create a support ticket and we will make sure you get the PT3 code that you need.
