LeakTracker not working

LeakTracker prompted me that i have some leaks and provided me with a link to view how to improve my game play. However upon clicking it the link, it prompted me to download and install the adobe flash player and which i did as told. After installing adobe flash player successfully, i double clicked PokerTracker 4 again to try to view the video but however was prompted again to download and install the adobe flash player. I did the whole process of installing and installing for several times but still was prompted to download and install when i wanna view the video. Is there anything wrong here?

You need to install Flash for Other Browsers as explained in this tutorial. Regular flash installations are not sufficient.
