trying to enter poker screen name

I am tying to enter my pstars screen name and it wont let me type my name in the box. I just purchase poker tracker 3 and I can not get anything to work.

Can I chat w/ someone to help me set this up. Or can someone lead me in the right direction?

For future reference you'll get quicker answers if you ask in the PT3 section.

You need to import some hands before you can set your player name in PT3, because you need to be able to select your name.
