Open limp flagged as open but not limp - why?

Hello.

I just started to create some custom stats. I wanted to know the percentage of folds/not folds after a player has limped and faced a raise.

I found the columns i need for the task, but i also found something that i can't figure out. holdem_hand_player statistics has the columns flg_p_limp and flg_p_open. As far as i can tell, limping after a previous limper is considered a limp but not an open, which is fine, but i found this hand, where a player limps in first and this hand is flagged as open=true and limp=false.

Is this a bug or a feature?
