Repository categories Cash/Tourneys & dependencies

Postby Thomas42 » Mon Jan 12, 2009 10:18 am

It would be very nice if each item in the repository was categorised for Cash Games and Tournaments. Right now it is not very clear and I have to read the description (which not always gives a good clue) to find out.

It would also be good if there are an option for dependencies of, for example, custom stats. If set to yes, I can then list the custom stats needed, or even link to them.

Reports should be importing any custom stats they require when you import the report.

I believe there are plans to split the repository into tourney and cash eventually but I'm not sure when that will actually occur.

But don't I have to install the custom stats first or do you mean PT3 automatically downloads and install them from this website for me?

When you import the custom report via the import button on the reports tab, it'll import any required stats as well.

So if there's a report that uses CustomStatA, that report's .pt3rpt file contains CustomStatA as well, and you shouldn't need to download and set it up separately.
