does anyone have these? sth like 3bet from SB from MP, CO etc?

There are some 3-bet by position stats on page 5 of the Repository. Extending these to other positions should be pretty easy.
You could have a look at Kraada's How To: Advanced HUD Configuration which talks about positional stats.

I made em like this

sum(if[holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.position = 0, 1, 0])

same 4 opps
from BB to posi 7 (10 posis overall) all possible without errors at SH tables. I ll post a shot soon.
