Fold to CBet Raise in 3Bet Pot

cnt_p_3bet_f_cbet_raise_def_action_fold
sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet AND
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_face_raise AND
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_fold, 1 , 0 ])

cnt_p_3bet_f_cbet_raise_def_opp
sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet AND
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_face_raise, 1 , 0 ])

@WhiteRider and/or @Kraada, do you think this stat is correct?

Yes, they look pretty good, although this will also count times you call or reraise and then later fold. You may not care about this, but if you want to know when they fold immediately after a cbet, you could do this instead..

cnt_p_3bet_f_cbet_raise_def_action_fold
sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet AND
lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'BF', 1 , 0 ])

..i.e. you cbet and then fold as the next action.

Analog: Raise CBet in 3Bet Pot

js2002_cnt_p_3bet_f_cbet_raise_def_action_raise
sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_face_raise AND lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'R', 1 , 0 ])

js2002_cnt_p_3bet_f_cbet_raise_def_opp
sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_face_raise, 1 , 0 ])

1. Is this ok, too?
2.Do I need a % behind the R? What woudl be the difference if I add a % behind the R

If pattern does not contain percent signs or underscore, then the pattern only represents the string itself; in that case LIKE acts like the equals operator. An underscore (_) in pattern stands for (matches) any single character; a percent sign (%) matches any string of zero or more characters.

So, if the real string is 'RF' the LIKE 'R' doesnt catch that, correct?!
So, I need the % everywhere behind?

EDIT: the 2nd stat is wrong, but coudl u plz answer the % question?!

This should be it:

sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.cnt_p_raise > 0 AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet_def_opp AND lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'R%', 1 , 0 ])

sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.cnt_p_raise > 0 AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet_def_opp, 1 , 0 ])

This should be it:

sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.cnt_p_raise > 0 AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet_def_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_f_cbet_action='R', 1 , 0 ])

sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.cnt_p_raise > 0 AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet_def_opp, 1 , 0 ])

So, is this correct now? enumerate == countup?! then this wouldnt be a boolean...and wrong

You're correct about needing the % otherwise LIKE 'R' won't catch 'RF'.

However, your original stat sounds like you want to know what the player does when they c-bet and then face a raise.
IF they c-bet then the action string will start with 'B' not 'R'.
So c-bet then re-raise would be LIKE 'BR%', c-bet then fold would be LIKE 'BF' (no % needed because after you fold you can't make any other actions).

holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_f_cbet_action is the action a player makes when FACING a c-bet [by another player], so this is a different case altogether, and isn't any use if I've interpretted what you are trying to do correctly.

I *think* you want this:
sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_face_raise AND lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'BR%', 1 , 0 ])

..although you actually don't need to check that you are facing a raise because if you bet and then raise (or make any other action) you must have faced a raise; so this is the same:
sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet AND lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'BR%', 1 , 0 ])

This says that the player 3-bet preflop (you might want to extend that to include times anyone 3-bet preflop, or times the current player 4-bet or more too; or you might want to just check for times they were the preflop aggressor / last one to raise PF) AND made a c-bet on the flop AND raised as their next action after c-betting.

understood, not need anymore because the 2nd stat in this thread version 1 was wrong.

no, I need it because the real intention of the 2nd stat is: Raise CBet in 3BetPot (so, vs the PFA)

I *think* you want this:
sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_face_raise AND lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'BR%', 1 , 0 ])

sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet AND lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'BR%', 1 , 0 ])

This says that the player 3-bet preflop (you might want to extend that to include times anyone 3-bet preflop, or times the current player 4-bet or more too; or you might want to just check for times they were the preflop aggressor / last one to raise PF) AND made a c-bet on the flop AND raised as their next action after c-betting.

nope, see above

So, WhitRider, do you think the 2nd Stat is now ok? see the last definition, I ll post it here again:

sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.cnt_p_raise > 0 AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet_def_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_f_cbet_action='R', 1 , 0 ])

sum(if[ holdem_hand_player_statistics.cnt_p_raise > 0 AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_cbet_def_opp, 1 , 0 ])

And one question to enumerate again: my translation is sth like to count up sth . So what does "enum_f_cbet_action" return? a boolean?! a count?! I need it as a flag so I hope it is boolean.

Furthermore, after THIS "R" I dont need a % right?!

It depends what you are trying to do.
This column will tell you how often the player raised preflop and also faced a 3-bet; then faced a c-bet on the flop and raised.

And one question to enumerate again: my translation is sth like to count up sth . So what does "enum_f_cbet_action" return? a boolean?! a count?! I need it as a flag so I hope it is boolean.

Sorry - I guess I got carried away with the first bit and forgot to answer this.
enum_ values are single characters, from a limited set of options.
In this case: what you did when facing a cbet on the flop. Possible values are N (for none) if you didn't face a cbet; or F, C or R for fold, call or raise.
So no, you don't want a % here.

The 2nd stats should be "Raise CBet in 3Bet Pot", would you define it differently?

(thx for the enum explain)
