Would like to filter # of hands with a raise to 5BBs...

...and I have no idea what I'm doing. Is there any way to create such a filter?

Not without creating a custom statistic and custom report.
Are you looking for hands where you raise to 5BBs or hands where you face a raise to 5BBs? How you'd build the stat differs for each one.
