Highest percentile finish

Postby ElT007 » Fri Jun 05, 2009 4:07 pm

I am trying to add a highest percentile finish column for my MTTs. The current code of max(1 - (tourney_holdem_results.val_finish / tourney_holdem_summary.cnt_players))*100 does not format with two decimal places. The currrent format is format_number( Highest_Percentile, 2, false, false ). How can I fix this formatting.

Kraada mentioned this to me earlier but I haven't had time to investigate yet - I assume it is you he was talking to this about?
I'll look into this when I have some time - sorry for the delay.

Yes it was me. We had a remote login session, where he helped me set some things up. He was stumped by this issue.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you.
I just tried this and it works fine for me.

I created a new column in the Holdem Tournament Tournaments section and added the above formula in the expression.
Then created a new stat and put the column in the stat's Value Expression and /%.2f in the Format Expression and when I add this stat to the Tournaments > General > Player Summary report I see 2 decimal places as you'd expect.

Have I done something different to you?

I have the correct decimals, certainly non-zero.
You're not playing all 10 player tournaments are you? That would give you all round numbers.

Nope, I play MTTs and such as welll as SNGs . Even the 5- and 10-table tournaments should not have round percentiles.

Please export your stat and attach it to a ticket on our Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
You'll need to right click > Send To Compressed Folder and attach the .zip file.

On the Statistics tab where you create your stat, click the Export button.
When you have saved this file, you need to compress it before you can attach it to a ticket.
