How to learn advanced PostgreSQL for PT3

Hello,

On a internet site ( http://checkmynuts.blogspot.com/2009/10 ... denkt.html ) I can see, that there are possibilities to program in pgAdminIII directly.
I want to learn this.

Can you give me a guidline, how I can learn it? You can tell me a book to read or a internet site with a tutorial, it doestn't matter to me.

The PostgreSQL site has good documentation, and I'm sure a web-search will throw up other tutorials, but I don't have any specific recommendations myself - other users may have some suggestions.
