Bet At Missed Flop Cbet vs Float Flop?

So the order of operation on "Bet At Missed Flop Cbet" is this:
Preflop:
Hero Raises
Villain Calls In Position on Hero
Flop:
Hero Checks
Villain Bets

Bet At Missed Flop Cbet being the % that the villain bets the flop when checked to by the preflop raiser.

Is that the same as Float Flop?
