AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_t_bet
AND flg_t_fold ,1,0])
______________
sum(if[lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'XR'
AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_t_bet
AND flg_t_face_raise ,1,0])

As in your other thread you might (or might not) want to use:

lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'XR%'

You could also use:

lookup_actions_t.action = 'BF'

(you can use = there because there are no more possible actions after folding)
..to check for exactly bet/fold on the turn if you want to rule out things like BCF and BRF.

I suspect this is more complicated than you want to get, but if you want to ignore multiway situations where the turn bet is raised and re-raised before it gets back to the bettor you could include checks for not facing a 3- or 4- bet too, but it depends how detailed you want the situation to be. I guess you won't care about these, but if you do you may want to check for them on the flop too.
Or you could include a check for exactly 2 players seeing the flop if you only want to count simple 1-on-1 postflop situations.

change the numerator to:

sum(if[lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'XR'
AND lookup_actions_t.action LIKE 'BF'
,1,0])

These 1on1 and MW filter would be nice, but it is to much work, it would be better ih Pokertracker 4 supports that with filter like the PT3 filters "LP MP EP blinds".
