I need to know what write after WHERE in query

Where exactly are you using this filter - in a custom report?

no i dont use custom report
i write sql query to the PT3 data base and want get only last 10.000 hands for each player

If you enable logging and restart PT3, and set the "Last X Hands" option in the HUD Options and play a hand you will be able to see the database queries used in the PokerTracker.log file.
