You can filter for effective stack sizes in the Filter window, under Misc > Situations.

That won't be specifically hands where you 3 or 4bet against a shortstacker who had already raised. We should be able to do that in a custom report if you tell us the exact criteria you want to use to select the hands.
Would you want to see individual hands, or your stats for all hands like that?

the opponent stacksize should be bigger than 90 bb
the situation should be i raise opponent 3bet i 4bet
then i want to see how often overall the opponents will fold call or 5bet me

i would like to see if i in generel should 4bet bluff more

it would be fine to see the individual hands but its not that important

i wants how the players on avarage acts against me

There are a few different things there. You can either build a custom report to display the individual hands which meet a criteria, or your stats from those hands, but not both. You also can't see opponents' stats - you'd either be looking at your own or your opponents' stats. If you want to look at your opponents' stats then you can disable the 'Filter on Active Player' option and filter to the opponent situation you're interested in.

You can set up a custom filter in a custom report for an opponent making a 3bet like this:

holdem_hand_player_statistics.id_hand in (SELECT hhps.id_hand from holdem_hand_player_statistics hhps, holdem_hand_summary hhs where hhps.id_hand = hhs.id_hand and hhps.flg_p_3bet)

If you include a normal filter for making a 4bet that will get you the hands you're interested in.
