PokerRoom stats not refreshing

Hi,

I am running PT2 version 2.17.01g with PAH version beta 1.19.5. Everything works fine until a couple days. The problem is that PAH stats updating is very slow, or it seem doesn’t work. I frequently compact my database and analyse/vaccum it. But the problem is not resolve.

When I start PAH, stats appear as usual after a couple hand, tables are listed in the PAH window also as usual. The problem is that stats are not refreshing at all. For instance, Player X have the follwing statistic : 29/11/3 for 30 hands when PAH start. About 20 hands later, the statistic will be the same.
How can I resolve this problem ?

2nd problem : I have installed postgreSQL database yesterday and since I have a error message appear when I open PAH : "PokerAce Hud Error! Unable to create OnGame skin temporary statistics database file." What I should do ?

One more thing, I have read the Tutorial: Troubleshooting Performance Issues and I still having trouble after doing that. I have created a log file ready to send via the PokerAce Support, what is the reference that I have to put ?

This error message is not because of PostgreSQL. Delete your <username>statistics.db file located in your OnGame directory and let the site recreate it. This will resolve the issue and may fix the entire problem that you are having...

Excellent. Please send me the log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/hhz]Support system[/urlhhz] so that I can troubleshoot the issue. You do not need to put anything in the reference; however, if you do, put the url to this thread.

Actually, I found several <username>statistics.db file in my OnGame directory. I deleted them all. The site recreate one file as you say. This resolve the PAH error message but the stats still not refreshing. I created a log file that I sended to you via PAH Support.

Ok, I received your e-mail and I de-select my old Access database and select PostgreSQL database. Now everything is working properly!
